TocTocProtocol is a communication platform designed to create and structure answers. The user indicates what to reply to, adjusts their settings, and creates a ready-to-send answer. The experience is based on a simple three-step protocol: ① What to reply to? ② Adjust ③ Create. Create your answers. Answer everything.

The content produced by TocTocProtocol results from automated processing using artificial intelligence. This generation relies on your input data and adjusts according to the configuration parameters you have defined.

Use of the content generated by TocTocProtocol is under your sole responsibility.

Your TocTocProtocol space allows up to three devices to be connected at the same time. To add a new device, it must be validated from an already trusted device. This "trusted device" authentication method is aligned with ANSSI security standards to prevent digital identity theft.

Unlimited access to TocTocProtocol is dependent on your subscription plan. Please note that any voluntary deactivation of an active account will not give rise to a refund of amounts already paid.

In case of loss or theft of an authorized device, and if you are not able to revoke it from another authorized device, you may write to us to request its revocation. TocTocProtocol will request an official document or additional information where appropriate.

To protect the integrity of the service, TocTocProtocol reserves the right to limit your access in the event of suspicious behaviour or security incidents. TocTocProtocol will suspend any access associated with fraudulent activity or intrusion attempts, in line with our security protocols.

Privacy Policy

TocTocProtocol ensures full GDPR compliance by refraining from collecting sensitive personal data. The service safeguards confidentiality by avoiding the processing of identifiable information, thereby ensuring security and regulatory compliance.

To access your TocTocProtocol space after subscription, you simply need to enter your phone number. To manage your access, TocTocProtocol only uses the essential technical data required.

For your security, your TocTocProtocol history is strictly kept on your own device and nowhere else. No data is backed up on our servers. This "local-only" storage approach follows Privacy by Design principles under GDPR, reducing the risks associated with centralized data breaches.

You may delete your TocTocProtocol history at any time through the menu.

You may deactivate your TocTocProtocol space at any time through the menu.

In case of loss or theft, feel free to contact us to suspend access to your space. TocTocProtocol may request an official identity document or additional details in order to authenticate your request. You are strongly encouraged to attach a copy of your national identity document to speed up processing. It is also recommended that you file a report with the police or gendarmerie to obtain an official incident statement.
